Hire the Totnes Guildhall

Overview

The Guildhall has served the town of Totnes for almost 1000 years and this amazing building is now available for weddings and ceremonies.  The Main Chamber, Council Chamber or Mayor’s Parlour are available to hold weddings and civil partnership as well as private functions and ceremonies.  While photos are being taken your guests can explore this unique venue which was originally part of the medieval priory.  It has since seen action as the Town Gaol, Courtroom and Guildhall.  It is even said that Oliver Cromwell planned the closing stages of the Civil War from this very building.  For more information please contact Mairead on 01803 862147 or by email mayor@totnestowncouncil.gov.uk

Pagoda Interiors

We have been running our family business since 2011 and are located in The Narrows of the historic market town of Totnes, South Devon. Our business ethos is based on selling ethical products; these include fair trade, ethically sourced, recycled, locally made and UK made.  We spend a lot of time undertaking research about the makers and products before we stock them in our shop. We are always on the look out for new and contemporary looking homewares and gifts and by doing this we think that we have established ourselves on the high street as offering that 'something different' to the norm or latest trends. We received a Gold Award for Best Fairtrade Retailer - Multiple Products in the 2017 South West Fair Trade Business Awards.  We have also won Gold in 2015 and Silver in 2016. We are open Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm - including Bank Holidays.
