cbd gel tabs The John Musgrave Heritage Trail can be walked in 4 sections. The entire walk is 35 miles with walks from Maidencombe to Cockington, Cockington to Totnes, Totnes to Dittisham, Dittisham to Greenway by Ferry and then Greenway to Brixham.

Walking from Cockington to Totnes, start at Cockington Court within Cockington Estate in Torquay, a pretty little historical village with thatched pub, cafes and arts & crafts on site. The walk will lead you through woodland and fields but does include some main roads as well. There will be plenty of chances to stop along the way including at the beautiful Occombe Farm, a local working farm with well-stocked cafe, and at Marldon village with its fine church, local shop and pub. History buffs may embrace the chance to visit Berry Pomeroy castle (when open) and animal lovers should enjoy the Mare and Foal Sanctuary and cafe (seasonal). This part of the walk ends at Totnes Bridge near The Plains.
