Access for all path


Overview

This popular and attractive footpath and cycle route runs for two miles alongside the River Dart and through Dartington Hall estate to link Borough Park in Totnes with The Shops at Dartington. It is carefully designed to be suitable for people with disabilities, including wheelchair users and people with sight loss.

There are 10 benches along the path, with toilets and nearby car parks at Totnes Pavilion in Borough Park and at The Shops at Dartington. An audio-guide (made when the path first opened in the 1990s) which describes the path and its surroundings can be found at here.

The Timehouse

The Museum is now closed but the shop will continue to operate as a unique retro record & gift shop. It's definitely worth a browse when you're visiting Totnes. OPENING HOURS 10.30pm – 5.30pm Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday.

The Shops at Dartington
