Hand-building Pottery Workshops

This is a fun, informal, interactive hands-on workshop on selected dates during August. You'll decide what you want to make using one or more hand-building pottery techniques. At the end of the experience, your unique creation(s) will be left to dry and kiln fired so the item(s) will be available for you to collect or it can be posted 10 - 15 days after the event. This is a beautiful thoughtful workshop which is heart-led so be prepared to be moved. Please note the classes have been moved from my pottery studio at The Mansion as the venue is closed due to Covid-19. I am therefore working with the English Language school at the beautiful, historic Gatehouse. The Gatehouse is an iconic building in the centre of the town. Due to the fact the classes have moved for the summer, please note a potters wheel will not be available to use. The workshop is 'hand-building' and there are several ways (which we will explore) to create beautiful pottery.
