The apartment front door is just off the High Street, and a shared flight of stairs leads up to the apartment private door, with one more flight stairs, up to the top landing with window. 94 High Street is an eighteenth century listed building, with much character, roof beams ,sloping floors and exposed fire place. The apartment consists of a small double bed room, with four foot bed, small chest of drawers, and wardrobe space, a snug with 2 seater settee, and smart TV. (Wifi is included).The kitchen has sink, cooker, fridge and microwave and is equipped. The small shower room has shower, toilet and small wash basin and the Dinette has folding table and chairs, with original fireplace and small window, with views over the roof tops.
The apartment is suitable for 1 or 2 persons: at the owners discretion, the dinette can be converted into a single bedroom, to accommodate 1 person in each bedroom. (3 persons are not allowed.) This 2 bedroom arrangement is not available for short lets. The apartment is in a residential area, meaning that there be no undue noise before 8 am, or after 11 pm.
Covid guidelines must be observed, with sanitiser etc. in the main entrance and deep cleaning, is undertaken after each let.
